Modem problem

I finally got the 98 os back on the old Dell xpt600. :smileytongue:The only problem I am having now is finding the driver and making the PCI Communication Device work.  It has an Actiontec modem #PM560LKC.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I printed out the original info on the PC  and it only listed a 3com. I opened it up and found the Action tec.
I have downloaded the driver for it but when I try to install it I get a pop up telling me it is not recommended to install this driver. I was trying to load the PCIPro_8129.

I downloaded the driver and when the installed it it recognized the modem then it showed the driver as WINNT\MDMATCW.INF  Then it pops up a window asking for disk
labeled %LT.disk% provided by computer manufacturer.   I have none.

Here is link direct from dell with the 98 drivers for your system.

http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/type.aspx?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs&SystemID=DIM_PNT_P03_XPS_B___&category=20&os=W98&osl=en&deviceid=1003&devlib=20

The other driver you d/l was for NT. When you go to install this driver direct the browse link to where you have this driver installed.
