Modem Testing
My machine is a Dimension 4100. Would appreciate information regarding how to know if a modem is failing? Can the modem get into the mid stage between good and bad? If so, how can that be determined?

There is a new standard http://www.v92.com/ , and your ISP could have a number that works better with your modem.
