The Outlook gurus hang out at the Office/Works forum. The way I do this is to set up each computer the same and all but one of the computers' acct to "leave mail on server" so mail can be accessed from any computer. You can copy the address book and open on each computer, but you never will be able to change all the files on all the computers at the same time unless you have an Office setting with an Exchange Server.
