my browsers keep on crashing!

i use safari, firefox, and IE

 

These are the things that crash =( 

Safari 
Fault Module Name: SGPRXY.DLL   (has to do with stopzilla i believe)

Fault Module Name: ntdll.dll 

Firefox 
Fault Module Name: StackHash_fd00 

IE 
Fault Module Name: IEFRAME.dll 
Problem Event Name: AppHangB1 
Fault Module Name: StackHash_40d4 

please help me! 

I have vista, and i would like to continue using safari
