My memory does not work to good

I have gotten a new computer and added it to my small office network.  I next added a program.  Now I can use all my programs because I am told that all my high order memory is being used with this new program.  My question is how do I add memory?  Buy a new computer or is there an add on.  I am at my wits end.  My network people want to blame the programs and my program people want to blame the network people.  I just want to know how I can made this thing work, not blame folks.  Any help would be appreciated.

Since none of us here have ESP, it is very difficult to answer your question without knowing which model comptuer you have and which program it was that you installed.

Bad memory happens with age.

Thanks a bunch, I was not aware that memory is upgradable.  I did not even know there are various memory amounts in computer.  Now I know thanks again.
