My network help...

Question

I originally had 2 windows 98 computers, A and B and now have 3 Dell Dimension's (X,Y,Z).   The 2 98's were networked, with file and print sharing.  I replaced computer B with X, and installed computer Y in a new room.  X and Y networked together with A (the 98) and alowed file and print sharing with no problems.  I then replaced computer A with computer Z.  X and Y still had file sharing with no problems.  I then tried to network Z with Computers (X & Y) and i could not see computer X.  I went to computer X and couldn't see computer Z.  I went to computer Y and could see both other computers.  I don't know what to do... someone please help me if you can... i know that is kinda complicated but if anyone can translate it help me! Thanks!

I did what those websites showed, and the I can see the other 2 computers from Computer X, i can see COmputer X from Y, but i can see nothing from computer Z... help!

Try adding a Network Place manually, sometimes this will force the connection to go thru.  Sounds like X has a firewall running somewhere etiher thur XP or Norton or similar program.
