Hi Lamont1994,

Please share the device ID for the wireless card. You may follow the instructions mentioned below to get the Device ID or the Hardware ID:

  • Press ‘Windows’ key + R on ‘Desktop’ screen
  • Type ‘devmgmt.msc’ in run box and press ‘Enter’
  • Click > or + sign next to ‘Network Adapter’ in Device Manager to expand the options.
  • Right click on the wireless card entry and click ‘Properties’.
  • Click ‘Details’ and search for ‘Device Instance ID’ or ‘Hardware ID’.
  • Provide the numbers after VEN and DEV.

If you do not find the entry for the wireless card under ‘Network adapters’, look for the same in ‘Other Devices’.

Also, share the operating system installed.

Keep me posted with the information. I will be glad to assist you further.
