When you reinstalled the operating system, did you install the Dell System Software (if applicable) and the chipset drivers first? If not, the rest of the drivers will fail to install. How to Download and Install Drivers in the Correct Order
Start with the Dell System Software and the chipset drivers and follow the list.
As you’ve re-installed the OS on your computer, you will also have to install all the listed drivers from the Dell’s support website. Please check as how many drivers are not installed by getting in Device Manager and install them accordingly.
Please insert the resource disc, and install the Chipset, Network, Video and Audio drivers. In order to install the latest drivers click on this link http://dell.to/1hcxG98. Type in the Service Tag, click on Drivers, select the OS type and install the listed drivers accordingly. Hope this helped.
