Need driver for ethernet controller

Question

Hi, I just had to reinstall XP Home on my friend's Dell Dimension 4500 because it was overrun with viruses and other bad stuff.  The reinstall went fine except that I can't seem to find a driver for the ethernet controller.  The jack seems to be attached to the motherboard instead of in a separate card, and the only ID I can find is on the side of the jack itself: Pulsejack JW0A1P01R.  I've already gone through the process of entering the service tag on the Dell website and downloading the drivers that come up for network adapters in that search based on the service tag, but none of the drivers seem to be working.  I've also tried driverguide.com without any luck.  Please help if you can.
