need HELP installing network card in linux

Hi...

I own a Dell Dimension 9150, and have an integrated network card. I wish to install Fedora Core 4 (a Linux distro).

I was forced to install it in text mode since it didn't recognize my videocard (NV Geforce 6800), and all went fine, I later downloaded and installed the nvidia drivers. But, I can't connect to Internet, it seems my distro does not recognize my network card. Can someone help me out?

I need help on three topics:

1) Where can I look up which network card I have (exactly)?
2) Where can I find the driver for Linux?
3) How can I propperly install it in Fedora?

Help on any of the three topics would be greatly appreciated (except for the third if your answer is "use the network configuration tool", which I already tried, but I don't have the driver... I think).

I've spent all afternoon fighting with Linux (I hate to install it, especially on very new pc's, but love to use it,) and am desperate!!!

Thanks

YOu would be better served by posting in the Linux Forum.

If you knew the original configuration you could go the the makers website and download a driver form there.
