Each time you reconnect thru another component of your network you need to power cycle the network. Did you accomplish this?
Unplug power from everything in your network?(Modem, router, dock, computer)Wait 5 minutes, power on Modem, wait another 5 minutes for it to accomplish it's POST checks, power up router, wait another 5 minutes for it to accomplish it's POST checks, power up dock, then computer...
MRF...that is the question. This is an inherited system and I have no idea if it was installed. I assume not since it is not working and I am not sure where to find the driver(s). Everything else on it works except the network connection.
Drivers for the C/Port II APR can be found
here. Expand the System and Configuration Utilities and click on the Dell Dock Quickinstall. Looks like you may need this.
