Need help with my laptop.

Question

I have an Inspiron 15E5, and i am current in my college where wireless network enables.   now no matter what i try my WiFi is off, the light is off and i cannot connect to the wireless network please help. it's not the problem of driver or power options. i tried everything.

Did you try the Fn F2 key combination which toggles the wireless card on and off?   Steve

Yes i did and on the screen i see WiFi is on symbol, but i don't see the WiFi light on next to the power button.
