Hi
Having a celeron sticker doesnt mean that u hav a wireless card in the computer. Its always better to call Dell wireless support so that they can check ur system configuration and let you know whether any wireless card is inside your computer or not.
You should also be able to check in the Device Manager and see what's listed under "Network Adapters". If there's no wireless adapter, you'll only see the 10/100/1000 Ethernet adapter that's standard.
The folks at your company should also be able to tell you whether the machine has a wireless adapter or not.
Oops - I meant Centrino - that's the sticker. And I did check with my Help Desk, who told me I do have an internal wireless card and told me how to enable it, but I still can't get it to work. I'll call them again tomorrow when I have the computer on and in front of me. Thanks for your replies.
