It is likely caused by spyware, but to find out, when you get the error message to send the error report, click on the linke to show details of the error report.  In the report, look for the AppName and ModName causing the error and post that informaiton here.

Hi steve,

Idid like you said . This is what I found . The appname was iexplore.exe and the modname is mshtml.dll  I hope this will help you to help me . Thanks again.

Hi steve,

I am still having the same problem, I was told that because my printer is'nt a dell that having it installed could cause me problems. Could uninstalling it fix my troubles?

Who told you this bunch of garbage?  I have never owned a Dell printer and the hundreds of Dells that I use or am responsible for do not have any Dell printers attached and they all work perfectly fine.  Who was the numskull that suggested that a non-Dell printer has anything to do with this problem and what was the reasoning behind this off the wall suggestion?
