If you have a wireless icon in the task bar next to the clock, click on it to view available wireless connections. Select yours... If your connection is secured, you'll need to enter encryption key when asked.

If no icon... open the network connections manager on the PC... (control Panle\network connection) and choose "add wireless connection. Set it up manually. You'll need your SSID and security key from the router.

Why do you need the ip address of the "host pc"?  In a network setup like this, there is no "host pc" as everything is connecting through the router - right?  Do you have any wireless security enabled or MAC address filtering enabled? If so, you need to make the computer and router settings compatible with each (i.e. enter the proper wireless network key on the B130 and enter the B130's wireless card MAC address on the router.)
