You can find Dell Support's
complete list of XP drivers for the 2350 here. If you reinstalled XP, you'll need the "Intel Chipset Software Installation Utility" in addition to the driver for the integrated network adapter. It's described in the list as "Broadcom 4401 Integrated NIC".
The integrated NIC won't be recognized unless the chipset software is installed first.
