Need modem initialization string for Conexant D110MDC modem to disable v.92

I am trying to support some remote systems where I only have a dial-up connection.  However, these systems are using modems which don't support the v.92 protocol.  I need to disable v.92 on my modem so that I can handshake with the remote modems.  To do so, I need an initialization string for my Conexant D110MDC modem.   Any help would be appreciated.
