If the program listed before does not help, please follow to this reply.

"res://c:\windows\system\shdoclc.dll/dnserror.htm" is generally an error stating that your computer cannot connect to the web.

Is your connection on and working? / What do you connect with?

Do you have a firewall that may be limiting your internet access.

Have you recently downloaded a program you weren't 100% positive with?

Follow these instruction too...

1. Click Start > Run > Type command > OK > Type in the command prompt ipconfig /release then immediately following that, type ipconfig /renew.  Is there a valid IP Address showing?

(Note: IP Addresses beginning with 169.x.x.x or 127.x.x.x are not valid IP addresses that will connect you to the internet)
