netgear problems
hi i have a dimension 4600 with a netgear problem i loaded up the netgear cd which loads the wizard configuration but when you double click it it comes up with < netgear wg311t wireless adapter is not inserted> and iam using the DG834GT rounter and the wg311t pci adapter. in the device settings on the computer the netgear device is registered on the pci slot .please could someone help thanks steve ps the adapter is located in the pci slot ok

According to their installation guide, you are suppose to install the software first. Shutdown the PC. THEN install the PCI card. Maybe some one should READ the instructions first.

ha ha there is always one smart ars. already did what the box said but that did not work ,thats why i have come onto this forum for so help if there any
