You have Windows 7 64-bit system and your wireless adapter is the Dell Wireless 1702 802.11b/g/n adapter.
Go to Drivers & Downloads enter your service tag number, then select your operating system. Under Network, download and install the latest drivers.
Try these tweaks....
Start, control panel, device manager. Click on Network and then right click on your wireless adapter, left click properties, power management. Uncheck the box, allow computer to turn off this device to save power.
Click on advanced, look for antenna diversity and chnage it from Auto to Aux.
Go to the power options, and changed the Wireless Adapter Setting, from Maximum Power Setting to Maximum Performance.
The freezing might because of you have not done a defrag or you have a Malware running in the background of your PC, Make sure you scan your PC every week with your Anti-Virus or you can user Malwarebytes

Can you run Finding System Information REMOVE YOUR PRODUCT ID and REGISTERED OWNER, if using XP, run an ipconfig /all log and post it back here.
It will be listed here which adapter is in your system.

Hello Rick,
I have managed to do the uncheck thing. However, for the advanced process, I do not have antenna diversity.
Also, my power options were already on maximum performance.

the freezing I have it since I bought this pc nearly 2 years ago......I do a virus and malware scan everyweek

Sounds like your antenna wire come off. If you're under warranty, Contact Dell Tech Support.
If you're not under warranty, instrutcions can be found on page 30 in the Service manual http://www.dell.com/support/Manuals/us/en/19/Product/inspiron-15r-n5110 .
