Network adapter and wireless card

I have a Dell Vostro 2510. I deleted the dell program to manage my internet because it was causing other issues. I just want windows to control my wireless connections.  Once I deleted that manager, and rebooted I got a message saying that "new hardware found" Network controller. but it could not fine the drivers for it, I have not been able to find it on line either.  Also, my wireless connection option  is not available. I have a broad com BCM 94312MCG wireless card and a PCI 4314 network adapter.  Can someone help me get these drivers found, so I can install them and get up and running again?
