!!!! network adapter !!!!

I Have a Dell demension E521  that i just reinstalled window vista.  From having BSOD over and over It's much better now. But before, I had seen ,(under computer management )the network adapter had a lot of !! by it, about 12 . After reinstall it was clean.  Now 10 days after ( reinstall)  I have 2 more( !)  I'm not on network just dialup.How can I stop this ? I can I uninstall it?
