network boot

hi, i have a need of formatting my latitude c400 and was wondering how i would go about doing that. i have a c400 with no cd or floppy drive. the only thing i have to boot off of is a windows xp cd. i was wondering if i could somehow use the cd in conjunction with "network boot" option i saw in bios. it was booting off onboard NIC, which i assume is the integrated lan. is there some way i can put the cd in another computer and boot off the cd? thanx.
