The "network cable unplugged" message is telling you that your ethernet port is not plugged into anything.  It has nothing to do with your wireless connection.  What do you mean that you can "reach a wireless connection from a PC but nothing from laptop"?  Does the PC actually have a wireless network card?  Is it actually connecting to a wireless network?  Do you have your own wireless network?  Please describe your setup.  What happens when you try to connect with the laptop?  If you open Network Connections on the laptop and right click your wireless connection then choose "View Available Wireless Networks", does your wireless network show up?

Whew!
One thing is clear, two devices are not allowed to have the same TCP/IP address (anywhere in the public world of the internet).
In an ideal world, an IP address is doled out automatically and this takes care of resolving potential conflicts.
The command that will show you information about addresses is
IPCONFIG /ALL >My.txt (that last part means to capture the report in a text file which can then be read by and copied from a program like Notepad).
Once you see what IP address belongs to one of the computers, you may find that very same address either at another computer or at the router (access point).
In at least one problem system, make sure to set as 'Use DHCP to obtain TCP/IP address automatically'
Thank you for your work in rounding up the information. Some of this may prove helpful for you long term.

Okay now i have all the information, but things have changed alittle.

On both PC and laptop the wireless network connection says that its working (Available wireless network, Default unsecure connection)

Im working with A lap top that is a HP Pav. ze200

The internet cannot find server.

Wireless Network Connection

Connected, Firewalled

Broadcom 802.11 b/g WLAN

Local Area Connection

Network Cable unplugged, Firewalled

Realtek RTL8139/810xFamily....

Then the lapton has an icon pop up that says IP Address conflict w/someone else on the system....?

As for the PC HP Pav. 560c/ i think.... has the same network connetion info.

Now the connections are complicating, the cable from D-Link point runs, to a 3 way with the other cables in wall then to a VCR looking thing.

There is a cord from WAN (D-Link) to  Broadband RCA. Then an Enthernet cord connecting the two.

Then my other question would be that there is a white cable cord that is on D-link #1 and is marked AWM but it has nowhere to go, so this is all the information I could come up with.

Thanks for any help.
