Network cable unplugged (thanks y'all)

On my Local Area Connection it says Limited or no connectivity/ Belkin 11 Mbps Wireless USB Network Adapter. And another one next to it says Local Area Connection/Disabled/Intel(R) PRO/100 VE Network Connection. I tried disabling it and repairing, but nothing works. (i have a Dell desktop) In addition i when I click "Configure", it says the device is working properly. And this connection uses the following items" (which are all checked):Client for Microsoft Networks, File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks, QoS Packet Scheduler and Internet Protocol (TCP/IP). I read some suggested winsockfix, but how do i download it without internet connection? And you said type cmd and type ipconfig /all......should this info. help fix the problem? It says Host name: D8B0YNB1 IP Routing Enabled...No. WINS proxy enabled....No. Dhcp enabled.........yes. autoconfiguration enabled.....yes. It says the physical address, autoconfiguration IP address, and the Subnet Mask. But no Default gateway. I greatly appreciate much of anyone's help. :)

It always amazes me when someone gets on the internet, comes to this forum, which is clearly on the internet, and posts a message on the internet that says they cannot download something because they cant' get on the internet.  Somehow this logic escapes me.

Anyway, since you didn't post the whole ipconfig output (which will not fix the problem, but could give us clue as to how to fix it), and since you don't say whether you are trying to connect by ethernet or wireless, it is difficult to know where to start to help you.  Are you trying to connect by wireless or by ethernet?  Assuming you are running Windows XP, did you try downloading Winsockfix onto the computer on which you have an internet connection, copying the file to removable media, then copying it to the computer with the problem and running it there?

I got to this site by using by laptop, I don't have internet connection on my desktop computer. The USB is not loose. My problem is with the wireless. I am using Window XP. So you suggested downloading winsockfix onto my working laptop and transferred it onto my desktop computer? I have no idea how to do that....i am not savy with computers as you can see. thanks for your help. Do you need the ipconfig /all? Its pretty long. what parts do you need? Windows IP configuration, Etheret adapter local area connection, tunnel adapter teredo tunneling pseudo-interface?

Let's see the ipconfig /all results.  Yes, I need to see the whole thing. You must be running Windows Vista - is that correct?  If so, then winsockfix won't help because it is for Windows XP.
