Network Card not working (TCP issue)

Question

I am having an issue with my Dimension 2350's network card.  After spending many hours with customer service, the only fix left is to use a Utilities & Devices disc that I do not seem to have.   Within this disc it seems I need what would revamp my network card and TCP.  Customer service is unable to send me this disc or suggest how I obtain it.  A related item, has anyone else had this issue of their network card reading a live connection and not being able to process web pages?  Any help would be appreciate, as if this doesn't work, or I don't find a way to get the needed data from the Utilities disc I will have to drop a new network card in and hope for the best. Thanks

It is unclear from your message exactly what it is that you need. But if you are looking for drivers for the integrated network card on the 2350, you can download them from:
