How to Install Drivers in Microsoft® Windows® on Dell Systems If you cannot find Windows 7 drivers, then use the Vista(or XP) drivers that match your opearting system, Vista 32-bit for Windows 7 32-bit or Vista 64-bit for Windows and install the drivers in the Compatibility mode.
There are several ways to deal with this error - Like by flushing DNS, resetting TCP/IP. I have provided a link above, Check it out for various methods with a brief description. I hope it would be helpful to you!

Sorry, forgot to add. I use windows 7. They just reinstalled windows 7 again on it.
