Network connection
I'm trying to network Win xp with Win me. DSL uses the rj-45 connection so I got MN-110 USB adapter for the connection between the two. The adapter is shown as being there but shows a network cable being unplugged. I've tried another cable, another computer, switching the dsl to the usb adapter, downloading driver for the mn-110. Any suggestions?

From your message it is unclear what it is you are trying to do and how you are trying to do it. Are you trying to share an internet connection? If so, are you using a router or trying to use internet connection sharing? If you are trying to use internet connection sharing, you need 2 network cards in the computer that connects to the dsl modem (unless the connection is a USB connection to the modem). The second network card (or the single network card if the connection to the modem is USB) needs to be connected directly to the network card in the other computer using a special cable called a cross-over cable. A regular network cable will not work and will result in the "network cable unplugged" error. If this doesn't clear up the problem, please try to provide the details necessary for us to help you.
