Well, not knowing what controller you have in the 4100, it's hard to say, but I would suspect it is the first one listed (the 3Com driver for the 3C920).

Where do I find out what controller I have in the 4100?

The Notebook Utility and the chipset drivers need installed first or the rest of the drivers will not install.
