Network Controller not installed after windows 7 reinstall.

Question

I have to re-installed windows 7 on my Dell Inspiron 15r but now can't connect to the internet, the device manager shows the network controller in not installed at well as the PCI Simple Communications Controller.  These are the hardware IDs: Network Controller IDs:PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4727&SUBSYS_00101028&REV_01PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4727&SUBSYS_00101028PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4727&CC_028000PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4727&CC_0280PCI Simple Communications Controller IDs:PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_3B64&SUBSYS_04471028&REV_06PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_3B64&SUBSYS_04471028PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_3B64&CC_078000PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_3B64&CC_0780 Any help would be appreciated. Software(if applicable) and the chipset drivers first? If not, the rest of the drivers will fail to install. How to Download and Install Drivers in the Correct Order

Start with the Dell System Software and the chipset drivers and follow the list.
