sir jesse, the am using an inspiron 15 (3521) with express service code.

if i click the link below, i go back to where i was lost.

been here and done diagnostics; and more, , ,

had downloaded, installed drivers under a pull down menu titled networks, with three files;

had re-started my laptop as recommended.

had even downloaded, installed chips something from this dell drivers webpage and in so doing, had to download/install also windows .net framework or something.

am i missing something here, sir jesse?

maybe there is no network controller inside this dell laptop?

this forum is my last resort and i am hoping someone could direct me to where i could download a driver for the network controller.
