Network Ethernet card issue - INSPIRON 1545
Hi,
My Dell Inspiron 1545 and I have Window 7 OS on it, when i connect the RJ45 network cable from modem to my laptop.. there is no response (not able to connect to internet / No IP address listing ).. Seems to be the network driver is fine ( no device errors in device manager).. No lights blinking at the network port... (modem , RJ45 cable is good)... I am using USB data cable for connecting internet. Where would be the issue ? Please help me out on this.

Hi Elijah,
Thanks for your responce. There are three options for integrated NIC. My laptop is in the third option " Integrated NIC is enabled (with PXE boot)". Can i change it to second option "Integrated NIC is enabled" and try once ? Please advice..
