Network Problem

Guys,

 

I just formatted my hard-drive b/c of some issues and lost all of my drivers. I did download drivers from the Internet and reinstalled everything including the chipset (i installed that twice) but every time I am not able to connect to the internet.

 

I checked the System applet in the Control Panel and it has ? mark next to Ethernet Adapter!

 

What should I do? Please help. By the way, I have Dimension 3000.
