What type of network setup do you have? IF you have an ethernet connection on the 95 computer and a router with ethernet connections you could just connect the 95 system to the router and set up the network.
Also if the 95 system has a ethernet connector you could pick up a ethernet cross over cable and direct connect the two systems using the network setup wizard.
