Hi,
Welcome to the Community.
This computer XPS 17 702X does not have a phone SIM(Service Identifier Module)-card slot where it could have the sim card inserted for mobile broadband connection.
All though the best we can do is too have either the free wireless connection or a USB flash drive connection which enables this computer to work wirelessly using the a USB flash drive device connection to enable the internet, ISP (Internet Service Provider) at your place like AT&T or Comcast do provide these kind model devices which can be used for mobile internet connection.
Regards,
Kaushal
