New Inspiron E1705 wireless problem and wake-up problem

I got three laptops connect to the same router using their own wireless cards. A 3-year old toshiba, a 3-year old dell, and this 2-weeks old Dell inspiron E1705. Only this stupid new E1705 does not work properly.

 

First, it resets the connection every 5-10 minutes. When I play online games, it drops me. Or when I copy files between these laptops, it drops the connection too. Sometime it can not find my wireless router which it is right beside my desk, or it shows 'poor' connection.  I have no problems with other two old laptops at all. Now I am connection this E1705 to the router using a ethernet cabel and no connection drop at all -but this is not what I want.

 

Second, this new E1705 can not recover from standby mode, when I open the lid, no matter which keys I press, only the power light is on, no other response. I have to hold the power button for a few second to power off it completely. This really make me upset.

 

Please help... This brandnew dell E1705 is making me mad.
