The card should come with instructions, but your biggest problem will be getting over the fear of opeing the case.  Just make sure you install the correct drivers for 98SE.

If it's a reputable supplier, they will ship a CD with them on it.  If not, go to the website and make sure you have the latest ones in either case.

Please be sure to discharge any static electricity before open the case and unplug the darn thing!!!
