No bluetooth in inspiron 3421

First, please forgive me for my english, i updated my laptop to w10, then i make a clean install of w8 (with a usb), since then my bluetooth won´t work, i already desinstalled it, downloaded the lastest drivers, and in the device manager apear this

and in the taskbar:

but i can´t see it on another device or see any devices from it, i already make it visible:

but in the wireless menu only appears the wi-fi and the plane mode:

what could it be?, w10 change something because i can´t install from the recovery partition, that´s why the usb
