Have you tried temporarily disabling all firewalls running on your computer to make sure it is not a misconfigured firewall causing the problem?  Have you tried downloading the latest drivers for the wireless adapter (which one do you have?) then uninstalling the current drivers (in Add/Remove Programs) and installing the newly downloaded drivers?

disable and uninstall the old driver, then run this file, overwrite if asked, done.

However it shows that my signal strength is excellent. what should i do.

To help troubleshoot this problem, go to Start > Run and type cmd then click OK. In the command prompt window that opens, type ipconfig /all then hit the enter key. Write down the output from this command or select it and save it to a txt file, then copy this output into a reply to this message.
