No graphics on internet, help!

Question

When I go onto Internet Explorer, half of the graphics and pictures will not show up. There is just a small x where the picture should be. I have a Dimension B110 desktop. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Pop up blockers can also cause that, sometimes.

they could just be bad links. does this happen on all pages?

I really appreciate the advice. Any page that I go to has graphics missing. I have tried clearing the cookies and caches and it does not help. I also have pop-up blocker off. My internet provider has full security access, so I know that is not it. Any there any other suggestions?
