Hi,
The first thing I would recommend doing is going to our Networking and Wireless Support Center and following the links for troubleshooting your wired and/ or wireless connections. You'll find a lot of great information there that can help you resolve your internet connection issues.
Once you've tried those troubleshooting steps please stop back and let us know if it helped resolve your problems. If it doesn't, we'll see if there are any other steps we can try.
Thanks,
Todd
