no wired internet
After a lighning storm I have no internet when I plug in wired internet. My wifi works fine nothing has changed. I know its not my wire or the modem I have tried other computers on the wire and they work fine. Anyone have any idea what part needs to be changed ?

Can you go to device manager, and check if network adapter is disabled? also check in bios if it is not disabled? windows 8.1 pro download
