not able to use 'drop down buttons' within website

Question

In my son's high school website for baseball there are drop down buttons for roster, schedules, etc.   I can use these on my computer at work, but for some reason I cannot see them on my home computer.   The webmaster suggested to click on tools, internet options, security and allow scripts to be ran.  I cannot change anything because the custom button is grayed out.    Any suggestions?

Did you boot to an account that has administrator privileges? Steve

yes, I checked that and I am listed as administrator.
