Places to look to see if your Bluetooth Connection is enabled

Click on start, in search type

bttray

Click on bttray. This will put the Bluetooth icon in the system tray, near the clock. Bluetooth can be enabled/disabled there.

Start, control panel, betwork and sharing center, change adcapter settings

Right clcik on the bluetooth adapter, left click properties. Look at TCP/IPv4 and TCP/IPv6 and click on properties. Make sure the settings match these.

Restart the computer.
