I just reinstalled windows because of some problems i had, know whenever i start my PC say 2 or 3 minutes after start up a get a pop error saying

I uninstalled the wireless software and driver and reinstalled but i still get the error, does anyone have any suggestions to what may be causing this? thanks.

I had the same error code when I first right clicked the command prompt as administrator and tried to registered the dll.
first right click the command prompt open as administrator
then took the following steps:
After the C:\\WINDOWS\sytem32>
type: space(dont type in letters)
then type: regsvr32
then type: space(dont type in letters)
then type: wltrynt.dll
then press: enter
Example:
regsvr32 wltrynt.dll
This was how I succeeded to register the dll. Hope I helped.

How to register the "wltrynt.dll" on a 32bit (x86) Windows system;
Open an elevated command prompt.
To do this, click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, right-click "Command Prompt", and then click Run as administrator.
In Windows 8, go to the Start screen. Start typing cmd and Windows will find "Command Prompt". Right click "Command Prompt" and choose Run as administrator.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow.
Type regsvr32 wltrynt.dll and press Enter.
