If you want the dimension to be wireless you need to add in a wireless card or a USB wireless adapter. IF want to connect by ethernet you will need to add a eithernet card to the machine.
The 8200 doesn't have an integrated ethernet network adapter, but you can easily add a 10/100 PCI ethernet card. You should be able to find such a card for about $10 at any computer store. Here's the directions for installing one:
