And I don't mean to be rude. But Norton is reported here very often as causing many problems on Dell computers. Might I suggest a trial version of Kaspersky? One of the highest rated AV software and causes no problems or slow downs at all for me. I suggest you use the trial version and when you see how easy it works, the three PC license can be shared with friends if you like to cut the yearly cost to about $10. :emotion-21:
