outlook express corrupt browser

Question

I have lost all connection to my outlook express. My isp says the o/exp is possibly corrupt. I reset my browser but still can not conntec to outlook experss via desktop any ideas would be welcome as to how can I get it back. I am reading/sending  my email via webmail
