outlook express help pls
A time-out occurred while communicating with the server. Account: 'pop3.metrocast.net', Server: 'pop3.metrocast.net', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC19
cant get email most of the time was able to get it 2 times and that is it. what does this error mean?

Contact your ISP to have them configure Outlook Express to receive email.

It could mean that your mail server is down. If this is the case, you have no control over it. When your ISP corrects the problem, you should be able to get your email. Contact your ISP to see what the problem is.
