outlook express
Need help. My Outlook Express e-mail is not functioning properly. I receive e-mail, however, I can not reply or send
new e-mail. Keeps showing error page.
Have tried everything I know.

Go to TOOLS on menu bar and select accounts. Select your account and click on properties. On server tab you need to put in the SMTP server, and the username and password. All of this you will need to get from your internet service provider.
